Consultation terms and cancellation information
Each consultation is a telephone call of up to 30 minutes with a solicitor. Advice is based on the information you provide. Submitting a booking request does not confirm an appointment: every request is subject to solicitor availability, conflict checks, suitability checks and acceptance of the matter. Fees and payment arrangements are agreed with you separately before the consultation. Booking a consultation does not mean that Resolve Legal Services will accept further instructions, and no particular outcome is promised.
