Resolve Legal Services is a solicitor-led litigation practice specialising in property disputes, possession proceedings and civil litigation. We act for landlords, letting agents, property managers, businesses and individuals, handling matters from initial instruction through to hearing and enforcement.
Our work spans residential and commercial possession, housing disrepair, neighbour and boundary disputes, leasehold matters (including lease extensions), debt recovery and contractual claims. We also advise on and draft loan agreements and guarantees, and act in the enforcement of financial and property-related obligations.
We bring experience gained from working alongside multiple local authorities, including in the defence of housing disrepair claims.
